Week 5

                All the materials except for the LED lights have arrived, and prior to meeting at the lab, we have started physically creating the electrical design (see attached image). We are following the schematic that is also attached. During the lab, we are continuing the work on the electrical design and circuiting and are also going to the Hess lab to see what is available for us to use there. This will give us a chance to work with the QuickPlay Pro program that we will be using to code the LED’s.

                At Hess, we got a chance to see the lab area and examine the way the current light fixture is set up. As we are building our own light fixture, we will use the QuickPlay Pro program and the currently installed light fixture to test our coding. This will allow us to work on two parts of the project at the same time and increase productivity.
